Located in the beautiful Black Hills, our facility is comprised of two buildings that offer each resident their own room, including a private bathroom, to provide them with the peace and comfort of their own home. Common areas include a dining room along with a nearby living room. In addition, our lush courtyard provides a fresh and colorful outdoor recreational area for visiting, bird watching, and gardening during the warmer months.
Staff is on site 24/7 to attend to daily living needs while working closely with the with the healthcare system to ensure required care is delivered for each individual resident – whether it is for dietary restrictions, medication administration, physical therapy, occupational therapy, weekly RN assessments, or wound care. In working with hospice care as an option, we can be responsive to your loved one’s needs through every phase of their life.
